A: You do not pay legal fees to our office up front, because we wait to be paid at the time of settlement.

A: Most cases settle for various reasons, however they must be properly presented to the insurance company.
Q: Who pays my costs of bringing a claim?
A: Our office is able to pay the initial costs of gathering evidence and these costs are paid from settlement funds at the end.
Q: Which lawyers handle bike accidents claims on contingency?
A: Every lawyer is different, but I always charge a percentage of the settlement so you do not pay any thing out of pocket.
